Dr. Lisa Ellis's dancers participate in rigorous training to ensure they are practicing safe dance and emphasis is on conditioning the body slowly and carefully to be able to cope with a career of use. It is not recommended to try any of these stretches or exercises at home without appropriate supervision, preparation or expertise.
