Dr. Lisa is very excited to be holding an Open Melbourne Workshop this Labour Day!

This workshop will focus on FLEXIBILITY! What is it? How do you improve it? How far is too far? And what are the secrets to safely achieving flexibility FAST?! Dr. Lisa will take the dancers on an expedition to explore their strengths and weaknesses and to target their problem areas with single minded precision!
